Regarding the restoration grants, after the grant for the restoration is issued (if the application is made together with the art history expert), can he give a power of attorney to another expert other than the host architect, for example, to a person who is also an art history expert?"hello, The answer to your question depends on the purpose for which the power of attorney will be given/received.There must be an architectural team registered with the municipality, the chamber of architects, the chamber of commerce and the finance within the project process. With the power of attorney issued, municipalities, kudep, land registry office and many other institutions are authorized for transactions to be made or to be made. For construction operations, a longer specialist team is required.regards,Öztek Architecture Restoration Services
