The 19-mile Bosphorus Strait is lined with top notch estates and mansions in Istanbul. The Bosphorus is the most desirable residential area in Turkey. Building codes prohibit new construction along the shoreline, which safeguards the natural beauty and gorgeous view that make this area so unique and the supply very limited.
Forbes-list-level business people occupy the shores of the Bosphorus. Among the high-net-worth neighbors are businessman, billionaires former prime ministers, singers, actresses and foreign investors. Bosphorus is the most exclusive neighborhood in the city, and having one of the mansions is a symbol of prestige.
A group of investors bought this special historic mansion to restore on the interior and exterior. The project involved the complete restoration.
We provided permit drawings, architectural visualizations, full construction documents and specifications. Then achieved approval of the Municipal and Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Properties permission.
On the interior, some parts of the house was maintained and preserved. All areas of the house are highly functional and updates have been made with premium materials and systems. The yard includes a pool, garden and 30 meters of water frontage. The huge indoor includes stunning dining and living areas. The master suite has a separate study, library and bathroom with views of the harbor.
